GUEST'S GALLERY: The Red Balloon

The Red Balloon may be the title of a classic 1956 French film...but it's also the subject of today's TDP Guest's Gallery. Our guest photographer Pete Tunnicliffe captured the random balloon on one of Toruń's cobbled streets.

This is the scene on Ul. Szeroka...the main street of Torun. This has changed a lot in the last 15-20 years with more western shop names such as Reserved, New Yorker and of course McDonalds (which is unfortuantely everywhere!).

This is the bustling scene in the centre of the Old Town in Ulica Szewska. And yes, as you can see we also get kebabs here in Poland as well!!!
