Ben & Rachelle

Josh and I have known Ben & Rachelle since our college days. Josh and Ben were roommates and have remained close friends.

We're so excited for these two because they are embarking on a new adventure this year! Ben is starting a new career as a chaplain (officer) in the Navy and will be stationed on a Greek island. Not bad, eh?! :) I can't wait to see photos of all the places they will go and travel!

We took these photos in Lake Oswego, and happened upon some really beautiful light. :)

Scott & Libby: Bainbridge Island Engagement Shoot

Scott & Libby are as fun, joyful and personable in real life as they are in these photos! I just loved spending the afternoon on Bainbridge Island with them! What a beautiful place! Scott grew up there and he chauffeured us around from the Bloedel Reserve to the beach and docks along the water for their engagement shoot. I enjoyed hearing about their lives, how they grew up, and their thoughts on their future. You can clearly see how in love they are!

Summer is coming!!

I know we have a bunch of rainy days coming, here in Oregon, but I just came across these photos that I took last summer as the sun was going down one evening, and they got me all excited for summer! It is coming! :)

River Relaxation

When the sun is shining and the weather is warm...there is no better place to relax than by the glistening waters of the River Vistula. This young couple know exactly where to hang out.

Chad & Leticia...

I got to meet Leticia & Chad through photographing some of Leticia's siblings & their families. They're such a sweet couple, and I love to follow their family blog. They have really cute kids, and Leticia is one of those moms that's easy to look up to!

I'll share their family photos in my next blog post. I just thought these two deserved their own little post. :)

Jillian & David

I am already excited for next year's wedding season! I kicked off engagement shoots this fall with an amazing couple. Jillian & David are best friends, high school sweethearts, and clearly love to laugh together. They went to separate colleges (Duck & Beaver), but I'm sure they cuddled in the stands at Civil War games. ;)
Jillian is as sweet as her smile and David knows just how to bring it out. All he has to do is be himself. I can't wait to photograph their wedding next September!
