This fine late 19th century Queen Anne house was first built as a residence on Coddington Street at the corner of Spear Street, the present site of Bethany Church. It was moved to it's present site on Saville Ave in 1921, and has served in some capacity as a school building since. It has most recently served as the contractor's headquarters for construction of the new high school. The yellow gate was erected to secure the construction site.
