Thursday is "This Old House Day"

[click image to enlarge] This California style Bungalow was built in the late 1910s by William H. Sullivan. Beautifully sited overlooking Quincy Bay, this house is a fine bungalow residence with Californian and Iberian influences. This is a uncommon style house for Quincy. The two most dominant and unusual features are the red tile roof and the arcade fronting the house which gives the house its Mediterranean flavor.
