Spotted in Palmerston Street, one of the many Asian stores that are open seven days a week in the Northbridge area. I'm not sure if it was the hat that attracted my attention (note the 'stylish' flower on the side..love it!!), more likely it was the eclectic array of merchandise, everything from footstools to washing baskets to umbrellas and that was just on the outside, can you imagine the intriguing range of Asian foodstuffs inside. Very sensible lady choosing to work outside while soaking up the winter sunshine at the same time! We won't be soaking up much winter sunshine this weekend here in Perth, rain is forecast for the next few days, so happy I planted my new garden bed before it started, love the thought of those new roots soaking up all that lovely rainwater.
