day 106 - the ferocious beast

The morning after the birthday sleepover. The kids gather at the window at breakfast to watch an animal that has wandered into the yard.

Ava: Guys look! A dog is in the yard!!!

Lily: Maybe it's a wild dog!

I'm thinking, "Holy shit! What kind of ferocious animal is in the yard and what on earth can I do about it in my bathrobe?".



Other than that, birthday week celebrations continue. Big thanks to my beautiful sister the cake decorator extraordinaire.
