Snapshot from the past.....
Last shot from my visit to the Fire Education Centre/Museum and my personal favorite even though 'technically' it's not the best . Have you ever been snapping away in a certain location and then just when you think you're done, you turn and WHAM you see an image that evokes all sorts of unexpected emotions. In your mind you can envision a scenario so clearly that it could be happening in front of your eyes. The fire bell clanging, the firemen who had moments before been relaxing, sliding down the fire pole, rushing to pull on their jackets and hard hat's all carefully placed in order on the hooks, I see the Fire Chief's hat off to the right, he would be issuing orders, not that they don't know exactly what to do, they've done it many times before and will do it many times again. Leaping onto Dennis, the fire doors open and they go flying out onto Murray St. on their way to do what they do best, save lives and put out flames! I think you might have guessed that I really enjoyed my visit to the museum, I hope you did also. Have a wonderful Wednesday.....
