day 213 - what's black and white and red all over?

Today was pretty uneventful and not a whole lot happened. The shed got worked on and I spent much of the day chasing the kids and dog who kept escaping out into the backyard to see what was going on.

Later in the day, Ava told Aunt Sara some jokes. It's her new passion now that she is able to read. And read quite well, I might add. She keeps surprising me. Gone are the days of "I'm going to the S-T-O-R-E" and "I think it's time for the kids to go to B-E-D". Or maybe I just need to find longer and more complicated words to spell.
