There is a very well used Australian expression when a person is being ridiculous 'don't be a silly (or stronger) galah!' (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galah) guess it's that good old Aussie humour as the galah is apparently a very intelligent bird. I couldn't resist this 'bunch of silly galahs, all huddled together to keep warm early this morning.
