the joy of love - then and now

I took this picture of my boys on February 26, 2008. I remember that day like it was yesterday. It was the day after they were released from the special care nursery in the hospital and got to come home.

This was their first photo shoot. My mom helped me set this picture up. We tucked them into a wicker laundry basket and I started snapping pictures. Shortly after I started, Owen peed on Ethan.

This is still my favourite picture to date. Nothing else I have taken comes close.



Next week on Valentine's Day, my little boys turn three years old. Unbelievable.
