day 51 - the 3D experience

Today held a new experience for both myself and the boys. My sister, the boys and I went to see Gnomeo and Juliet. It was the first time at the movie theatre for the boys and it was the first 3D movie for my sister and I.



The verdict? The movie was cute and the company was amazing but I don't think the extra money for 3D was really worth it. The boys didn't like the glasses and I have to say I was expecting the glasses to be more futuristic and not so...Ray Charles-ish.



This next picture kills me. I didn't notice that the little gnome hats in the background made perfect little devil horns until now.



Now that I think about it, the boys were dressed in red and blue and kind of looked like little garden gnomes themselves with their little winter hats.

So overall it was a good day. There was some good and there was some bad. Ethan throwing my poutine bowl at the lady sitting in the row in front of us? NOT COOL. Thank god it was empty. Well except for the half eaten Smarties that Owen had spit into it ten minutes before.
