day 183 - playing in the garden $

Today Ava got to spend the afternoon with her cousins. She had a great time playing in grandma's garden. The whole hand on the hip thing perfectly summarizes the defiant little girl who told me she was not going home with us when we picked her up. Four sure has a lot more attitude than three ever did.



After that we had some fun with the ball in the garden



and took a moment to see what it must feel like to be really tall.



That was it. It was uneventful other than that as I had to work today. From the looks of the roads, not many people did and anybody who was on the road was apparently on their way to a funeral.
