Day 40 {exercise class}

Tonight I started a six week exercise class. I don't own a yoga mat, so I had to stop and get one on the way home from work.



I don't know much but this I do know:

1. I don't care if it's before Labour Day or not - the last thing the lady in this picture should be wearing with her black exercise outfit is white socks.

2. The yoga mat, which is supposed to be relaxing and comfortable as you lie on your chest with only 3 mm of foam between you and a surface as hard as Mariah's behind was obviously invented by a man or a very flat chested woman.

3. I've never done martial arts moves before and we did a pile of them tonight, so it won't be pretty when I get out of bed tomorrow morning.
