This is a grab shot of the biggest safety hazard on our roadways today - - texting and driving. This car was operating erratically on Burgin Parkway. I had my driver pull around side of the car and the reason for the hazardous driving became quickly apparent: the driver was texting while trying to drive. I am in disbelief when I see drivers doing this and I felt compelled to document the insanity. Do you have a feeling about texting, cell phone use and driving?
