Believe it or not...this idylic scene was not taken in the rural Polish countryside...but right in the heart of the city of ToruĊ instead!!! This is part of the ethnographical museum...a collection of 19th century rural homes that have been collected together to create a peaceful haven within the hustle and bustle of the city. Most of the buildings are authentic originals which have been transported here to the museum. Sadly during the last couple of years...one of the original buildings was targeted by a local arsonist and set on fire. Not once...but twice!!! Some people really don't have a clue do they?!
