We went into Subiaco to have a French breakfast at a Bistro not long opened, I won't mention it's name, because we arrived, moi desperate for my first coffee of the day (a little twitchy if you know what I mean !) to find that in typically European style they were
'fermée pour les vacances'..oh la! sacre bleu! When they reopen in a couple of weeks I will revisit! Thankfully Subiaco has many really good cafes and we walked (jogged?) across to Brew-Ha where I had the best espresso and blueberry tart ever, or so it seemed at the time haha! According to the write up the definition “brouhaha” has been adopted and then modernised to mean: “The ritual of consuming the highest quality teas and coffees, particularly while engaging in spirited debate.” Excellent name and ethos for a cafe don't you think! Hope you have a wonderful coffee, I mean weekend..take care and stay safe.....
