After it's success in Melbourne, Greenhouse designer Joost Bakker teamed up with Paul Aron and Jason Chan to open a second restaurant on St. George's Terrace in Perth. The steel frame made of roll formed steel, houses a vertical garden made up of individual pots of ivy that spill down the wall creating a lush green covering on all sides. I have to wonder if anyone has ever actually counted how many pots there are..my guess is, probably!! It has a rooftop garden that supplies much of the produce used in the kitchen and the menu (
