day 256 - first full week of school $

Today marked Ava's first full week at school and her first day at school with her best friend. It was also her first day walking home from school with her walking buddy. Everything went fantastic and she is thrilled to be at school. I dropped her off in the morning with no problems. Once again she gave me a big hug and kiss and she was gone.

The school transition has been great for all of us. Ava's happy because she gets to play with other kids her age, the boys get more one on one time with me on the days I don't work and it gives me a much needed break.



There's a lot of controversy around the all day, every day kindergarten but as I type this at the end of the first week I have to say so far so good. She loves it and if she loves it, I love it.
