Today, the wife has prepared a wonderful and scrumptious birthday meal for me. She is an amazing cook...and has experimented with this quirky yet delicious meal. Stick a whole chicken on top of a 3/4 full can of beer and let it cook. Tell you what...the beer soaks into the meat creating a wonderful combination. Not good on a hangover from last night though!!! ;-)

Drunken Chicken!
Today, the wife has prepared a wonderful and scrumptious birthday meal for me. She is an amazing cook...and has experimented with this quirky yet delicious meal. Stick a whole chicken on top of a 3/4 full can of beer and let it cook. Tell you what...the beer soaks into the meat creating a wonderful combination.
